1) Press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to run the cmd Run.

2) Type services.msc and click OK. 

Locate and right-click your Wacom tablet service. Note: The service name varies from different Wacom tablet products.

    • Click the name of the service Click Restart.
    • If you can not find the Restart option, click Start.
